Clementine (French satellite)

Clementine is a small satellite built by Surrey Space Technology Limited for the French DGA, ostensibly 'to study the Earth's radio-electrical environment from space' [http://zenit.sstl.co.uk/index.php?loc=27&id=171] .

It is a successor to the Cerise satellite [http://www.planet4589.org/space/jsr/back/news.413] .
