He was born February 14 1974 in Yerevan,
Armenian SSR . In 2002 he graduated fromYerevan State Medical University with a degree in neurology. Worked three years in a psychological hospital. From 1993 to 2002 was a member (captain from 1997) of theNew Armenians team of the Russian TV showKVN . In 2003 with the help of fellow New Armenians Artur Djanibekyan and Artash(Tash) Sarksyan he founded the Comedy Club. Together withLarisa Dolina he won theTwo Stars completion of Russia. Since 2006 he's the host of the Minuta Slavi program onChannel One (Russia) .
