The United Kingdom is home to the World's biggest selling steam magazine, "Steam Railway", which was founded by railway journalist David Wilcock in 1979. Since then its readers have contribued thousands of pounds through special magazine appeals, including 'Britannia' No. 70013 Oliver Cromwell and the No. 6229 Duchess of Hamilton re-streamlining appeal.The editorial team currently consists of: Editor Danny Hopkins, Assistant Editor Richard Foster and Staff Writer Nick Brodrick.
