Milan Petržela (born 19 June 1983) is a Czech footballer. In August 2003 he moved to 1. FC Slovácko into the Gambrinus liga. There he played 70 games in three years and in the summer of 2006 he was bought by AC Sparta Prague. They however loaned him out to FK Jablonec where he made 24 appearances. He is a member of Czech football national team.

He won the Czech Football Cup with FC Viktoria Plzeň in 2010.

Although born in Prague, Petržela is originally from the South Moravian village Hoštice-Heroltice.[1]
