Club career
Ďuriš came to Banská Bystrica from Dubová when he was 14. After three years at youth squads he made his the Corgoň Liga debut in a 2–0 defeat against Ružomberok on 9 November 2005. He scored overall 18 goals in 114 matches during 5 seasons for Dukla. In August 2010, he signed one-year loan with option for Viktoria Plzeň. He debuted for Plzeň in a 3–0 away win against České Budějovice on 28 August 2010. In his first season for Plzeň he won the Czech title, first title in Plzeň's history.
