The American Polish Advisory Council is a 501(c)(4) organization registered in Washington DC dedicated to improving the visibility of Polish-Americans in public affairs. Its webpage is reportedly the largest nation-wide database of Polish American organizations that can be automatically updated. The president of the bi-partisan organization is former ambassador to Poland Nicholas Rey and its vice president is general, former ambassador and Chief US negotiator for arms control Edward L. Rowny. The organization includes other founding members, Mark Brzezinski,Joe Macielag, Zbig Cymerman, Marilyn Piurek, Bogdan Lodyga, Michael Szporer, Al Koprowski and John Micgiel.
