Part of the route of theNational Pike reduced in status after the construction ofInterstate 68 , it runs from Fifteen-Mile Creek Road (at exit 62 on Interstate 68) in eastern Allegany County to near Woodmont Road (at exit 77 on Interstate 68) in western Washington County.
