Gmina Lądek-Zdrój is an urban-rural gmina (administrative district) in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. Its seat is the town of Lądek-Zdrój, which lies approximately convert|20|km|mi|0 south-east of Kłodzko, and convert|88|km|mi|0 south of the regional capital Wrocław.

The gmina covers an area of convert|117.4|km2|sqmi|1, and as of 2006 its total population is 8,781 (out of which the population of Lądek-Zdrój amounts to 6,181, and the population of the rural part of the gmina is 2,600).
