Lądek-Zdrój [IPA-pl|'|l|o|n|d|e|k|-|'|z|d|r|u|j] ( _de. Bad Landeck) is a town in Kłodzko County, Lower Silesian Voivodeship, in south-western Poland. It is the seat of the administrative district (gmina) called Gmina Lądek-Zdrój, close to the Czech border. Prior to 1945 it was in Germany.

It lies approximately convert|20|km|mi|0 south-east of Kłodzko, and convert|88|km|mi|0 south of the regional capital Wrocław. As at 2006, the town has a population of 6,181.

Lądek-Zdrój became famous in Poland because of Stanislaw Bareja's cult film "Teddy Bear".
