Greatest Hits is a greatest hits compilation by German pop duo Milli Vanilli. The album artwork was noted as containing pictures of Rob Pilatus and Fabrice Morvan despite the 1990 scandal that confirmed neither actually sang vocals on the tracks; a sticker included as part of the packaging credits Pilatus and Morvan with "visual performances", while also listing the actual singers: Charles Shaw, John Davis, Brad Howell, and twin sisters Jodie and Linda Rocco.

Greatest Hits is the first Milli Vanilli album to contain the radio/chart versions of "Blame It on the Rain" and "Girl, You Know It's True", despite the latter being incorrectly labelled as the "N.Y. Subway Extended Mix" version.
