Baghara baingan

Baghara baingan is a popular Indian eggplant curry of Hyderabad.

It is also used as a side dish with the Hyderabadi biryani.

Ingredients

Eggplant, onions, garlic paste, ginger paste, dry coconut, tamarind paste, coriander, cumin, sesame seeds, turmeric, red pepper, curry leaves
