Ralph Solecki

General Info

Ralph Stefan Solecki is an American archaeologist. He was born in New York City, New York in 1917. He is a former member of the faculty at Columbia University (19591988), and his best-known excavations were at the Neanderthal site at Shanidar Cave in Iraq. His publications include early works on aerial photography and photo-interpretation as well as two volumes on Shanidar (1971, 1972). Family

He has a wife named Rose Solecki. They had two boys, william Solecki, and john Solecki. William married Shira Birnbaum. They had two children (current grandkids of Ralph Solecki) Daniel Joseph Solecki then Helen Hannah Solecki.

Personality

Kind, Generous, and loves to drink tea like his grandchild helen Solecki. Smart, and he writes in a journal.
