The Pacific Asia Travel Association (PATA) is an organisation aiming to promote the sustainable development of tourism in the Asia-Pacific region.
History

This meeting was in Honolulu, Hawai'i and the group named themselves the 'Pacific Interim Travel Association' (PITA) which became the 'Pacific Area Travel Association' (PATA) in 1953.][ Douglas N. and Douglas, N.
