Rutger-Steuben Park Historic District is an historic district in Utica, New York that was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1973. It is roughly bounded by Taylor and Howard Avenues, includes both sides of Rutger Avenue, and includes Steuben Park.

It includes the Roscoe Conkling House, a National Historic Landmark.
