Leo E. Strine, Jr. is a

magna cum laude from theUniversity of Pennsylvania Law School in 1988 with his J.D., and received his B.A.summa cum laude from theUniversity of Delaware in 1985.He became a Vice Chancellor on November 9, 1998.
