Teams played for include the Winston-Salem Mammoths, the Huntsville Channel Cats, the Topeka ScareCrows, the Bossier-Shreveport Mudbugs, the Corpus Christi Icerays, the Petrolia Squires, the Laval Chiefs and the Huntsville Havoc. Mike was a member of the Huntsville Channel Cats championships in 1999 and 2004. Mike’s number 33 has been retired by the Huntsville Havoc in 2006 but he returned later to play late in the 2006–2007 season wearing number 28.
