Henry L. Marsh III is a Democratic member of the Senate of Virginia, representing the 16th District since 1992. His district includes Chesterfield County (part), Dinwiddie County (all), Hopewell City (part); Petersburg City (all); Prince George County (part); Richmond City (part). He currently serves on the Committees of: Courts of Justice; Local Government; Rehabilitation and Social Services; Transportation.
