The National Krav Maga Federation of India (NKMFI) was formed in 2003 it is the only federation in India promoting and teaching the Israeli System of Military Self Defense, Krav Maga, under license of its founder Dr. Ronny Kluger.
The NKMFI has trained several thousand officers from the Brihanmumbai Mahanagar Palika Security forces, and the officers of the Mumbai police crime branch special operations squad.
The National Krav Maga federation of India regularly holds training seminars to promote self defense amongst civilians by teaching the civilian aspects of Krav Maga.
The NKMFI is currently headed by its president Mehul Vora, the foremost authority of The Israeli system of military self defense Krav Maga in India and a member of the International Body Guards and Security Services Association (IBSSA).
