John Mulcahy (businessman)

John Mulcahy is the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of Suncorp-Metway Ltd, the second biggest insurer in Australia.

Life

Mr Mulcahy was formerly a member of the Group Executive of the Commonwealth Bank of Australia1 and recently presided over Suncorp's takeover of the Promina group as well as Suncorp becoming the first ever Queensland-based company to post a profit of over $1b.
