Christopher Alan "Chris" Smith (born 30 June 1981 in Derby, England) is a professional footballer, currently playing for Conference North side Tamworth, where he plays as a defender.

Career

Smith began his career at Reading, before moving onto York City. He was not offered a new deal with York at the end of the 2002–03 season, but hoped to sill have a future at the club.cite news
