Onaero Coordinates: 38°59′45″S 174°21′47″E / 38.99583°S 174.36306°E Country New Zealand Region Taranaki District New Plymouth District Onaero is a settlement in northern Taranaki, in the North Island of New Zealand. It is located on State Highway 3 close to the shore of the North Taranaki Bight, 15 kilometres east of Waitara[1].
