"Littorina cincta" is a species of marine gastropod mollusc of the family Littorinidae, endemic to New Zealand and surrounding islands. It is commonly found in the high tidal zone and the splash zone.

The shell is of moderate size, tall and conical, with deeply incised spiral grooves. Coloration is dark brown, the grooves whitish, and the whole covered by a thin yellowish periostracum. The columella is reddish-brown, and the interior of the aperture is dark brown. Height of shell is up to 19.5 mm, and width up to 11 mm.
