St. Mary's Episcopal Church and Cemetery, located at 258 Concord Street, in the village of Newton Lower Falls,
Newton, Massachusetts, were added to the
National Register of Historic Places on May 14, 1980. St. Mary's Parish was formed in 1811 [http://www.st-marys-episcopal.org] and its church built in 1814 is the oldest church building in the city of Newton as well as the first built in what are today Boston's western suburbs. The plain chancel was added in 1922.
