Geography

Huntington Township covers an area of 37.29 square miles (96.57 square kilometers); of this, 0.82 square miles (2.13 square kilometers) or 2.21 percent is water. Lakes in this township include Big Blue Lake and Clair Lake. The stream of Rabbit Run runs through this township.

Huntington Township is the home of Huntington University, a Christian liberal arts college with an enrollment of approximately 1,100.
