Sergio Villa

Sergio Villa, or better known as Sergio was a contestant of the a Mexican reality show Buscando a Timbiriche, La Nueva Banda where he was one of the 30 participants (15 guys and 15 girls) ranging from ages 15-22 who were chosen to live in "Escuela Timbiriche" and compete to be selected as one of the 7 members of the new band. However, he was eliminated of the show in the October 14, 2007 finally.Sergio is 21 years old and was born in Mexico City.

Despite of his elimination in the reality show's finally (Episode 16), Sergio was constantly congratulated by the Timbiriche creators and Timbiriche Council to have one of the best voices of the show; In fact, Sergio has one of the greatest amount of fans in Mexico and Latin America from all of the other Timbiriche contestants.Apart from his high singing talent, he is also an ice skater, climber and swimmer.

As Sergio is planning to continue his musical project, the rumor that an altern band of Timbiriche is going to be created by producer Eduardo Capetillo, has been published in several web pages. This altern band is supposed to include Ana Sophia Sanchez Aguilar, Sergio, Marcela, Nain, Fabián and Verónica (former contestants of Buscando a Timbiriche, La Nueva Banda), however, this information is not yet confirmed.
