Komagatake Ropeway

The nihongo|Komagatake Ropeway|駒ヶ岳ロープウェイ|Komagatake Rōpuwei is Japanese aerial lift line in Nagano Prefecture. This is the only line nihongo|Chūō Alps Kankō|中央アルプス観光|Chūō Arupusu Kankō|"Central Alps Sightseeing" operates. The company, a member of Meitetsu Group, also operates hotels and ski resorts. The line, opened in 1967, climbs nihongo|Mount Komagatake|駒ヶ岳. Its summit station, Senjōjiki, is known as the station with the highest altitude in the country, Convert| 2611.5|m|ft | 1 | lk=on |abbr=on.
