The Mirax-Plaza Ukraine (Ukrainian: Міракс-плаза Україна) is a 46-story^[3] mixed use building currently under construction in Kiev, the capital of Ukraine. It is located in the Podil district outside of the city center proper (municipal address: 43, Glybochytska St.). Once completed, it will surpass Parus Business Centre (156 m or 516 ft) to become the tallest building in the country.

The property will feature class-A office space, as well as retail and residential space.^[1] Construction on the building began on December 22, 2006, and was initially expected to end in 2010.^[4] Due to the financial crisis of 2007-2009, however, the construction was put on hold. In May 2009 it was reported that Mirax Group has been in negotiations with AEON Corporation to sell the project.^[5] Some six months later, AEON Corporation acquired the project and has announced plans to correct the existing concept and commence construction in autumn of 2010.^[6]
