History

BidClix was the firstFact|date=September 2007 online advertising network to create a "self serve" system that allowed advertisers to create and manage their advertising campaigns and allowed publishers to manage their online advertising inventory through a web-based interface. Prior to this model other advertising networks which required an employee to manually perform all tasks on behalf of the advertiser or publisher. In Dec 2004 BidClix licensed its ActiveMarket technology to Bell Canada, operator of Sympatico.MSN.ca, the largest web portal in the Canadian market.Fact|date=September 2007
