Gil e firdaus

Gil e firdaus is a thick Kheer made of milk and seviyan (food). Its part of Hyderabadi cuisine.

The Hyderabadi derivative takes the kheer to unmatched pinnacles — gil e firdaus, literally translated as "the clay of paradise", indeed does justice to its name.

Ingredients

The ingredients used are milk, vermicelli and dried fruits.
