Paul David Fry (born October 25 1964 in Hereford, England) [Oakes, P.(2006). "Speedway Star Almanac". ISBN 0-9552376-1-0] is a speedway rider currently riding for the Isle of Wight Islanders in the British Premier League.

Fry has also reached the Overseas final in 2001 and the Commonwealth Final in 1991.
