Palashipara ( _bn. পলাশীপাড়া) is an assembly constituency in Tehatta subdivision of Nadia district in the Indian state of West Bengal. Politics

In the 2006 state assembly elections, Biswanath Ghosh of CPI(M) won the Palshipara assembly seat defeating Tapas Kumar Saha of AITC. Kamalendu Sanyal of CPI(M) defeated Tapas Kumar Saha of AITC in 2001, Ujjal Biswas of INC in 1996 and Kartic Chandra Biswas of INC in 1991. Madhabendu Mahanta of CPI(M) defeated Kumaresh Chandra of INC in 1987, and Kartic Chandra Biswas of INC in 1982 and 1977. [cite web
