The theatre overlooks the San Francisco Bay at Hearst & Gayley Road. The festival is now being produced by "Bay Area Productions", and Gregg W. Perloff's "Another Planet Entertainment", and has no connection to the original UCB-student-run festival, founded in 1966 which ran for more than twenty years.)
