Sutphin Boulevard–Archer Avenue–JFK Airport is a station on the IND Archer Avenue Line and the BMT Archer Avenue Line of the New York City Subway. Served by the NYCS|E, NYCS|J, and NYCS|Z trains, it is located at Sutphin Boulevard and Archer Avenue in Jamaica, Queens.

This station has two levels; the upper level serves the IND Archer Avenue Line, while the BMT line uses the lower level. Each level has two tracks and an island platform. Like the other stations on the Archer Avenue Line, Sutphin is fully ADA-accessible. There are gray vertical acoustic tile side walls and a glassed-in crossover. The mezzanine is glass and stainless steel and features a "Sutphin Boulevard" mosaic on the geographic north wall.

A connection is available to the Long Island Rail Road at Jamaica station, which is located immediately outside this station; also located nearby is AirTrain JFK, which provides light rail service to John F. Kennedy International Airport.

This station was originally named Sutphin Boulevard. When the AirTrain opened, the "JFK" suffix was added.
