Cesar Faison

Cesar Faison was a fictional character on the soap opera, "General Hospital". He was portrayed by Anders Hove from 1990-1992 and again from 1999-2000. In the summer of 1993, "Faison" appeared on the now-defunct ABC daytime series, "Loving".
