- Point Impossible Beach
Point Impossible Beach is a clothes-optional beach located at
Bells Beach , west coast, in the State of Victoria,Australia . It is designated as a legal nudist beach under [http://www.austlii.edu.au/au/legis/vic/consol_act/naa1983236/ "Nudity (Prescribed Areas) Act" 1983] .About the beach
Surf beach, about 30 minutes drive from Geelong, between Breamlea and Torquay. A rocky head to the north of the main entrance and an uninterrupted white sand beach stretches to the south, bordered by large dunes covered by grasses and shrubs.
How to get there
Heading south from Melbourne, turn off the Princess Highway in Belmont (Geelong) to the Surfcoast Highway. Follow it for approximately 8 km then turn left onto Mt Duneed Road, then right at Horseshoe Bend Road. Continue south for 3.5 km.Steps at the ocean end of the carpark lead down to the rocks, the beach is approximately 500 metres to the right (west).
Parking
A small graveled car park is located behind the beach.
The car park and surrounding dunes have been fenced to protect the vegetation which is stabilising the dune system.
Facilities
There are toilets available but no shower facilities.
