George Hunter (III)

George Hunter (1859 - 20 August 1930) was a New Zealand politician of the Reform Party.

He represented the Waipawa electorate from 1896 to 1899, when he was defeated, and from 1911 to 1930, when he died.

He was knighted in 1921. He was a son of George Hunter, and a grandson of George Hunter, the first Mayor of Wellington.
