Fiona Balfour

Fiona Balfour is an Australian businesswoman. She is best known for the changes she made at Qantas during the 1990s, having joined the airline in 1992. Prior to joining Qantas, she had worked for a range of management consulting firms and the Victorian Public Service. Balfour holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) from Monash University.
