Geographic range

Found from Mexico (Xico in Veracruz) south to Guatemala (Alta and Baja Verpaz) and Honduras (in the Subirana Valley). Ocurrs at moderate elevations. The type locality given is "Coban [Cobán, Alta Verapaz] in Guatemala."
