"Baby Love" is a pop–R&B song written by American singer Nicole Scherzinger, Kara DioGuardi, Keith Harris, and William "will.i.am" Adams for Scherzinger's debut solo album, "Her Name Is Nicole" (2009). It was produced by will.i.am who also provided guest vocals and released as the album's lead single in Asia, Australia, Europe, and Latin America. However, the song served as the album's second single in North America where it was released to iTunes on September 10, 2007 (see 2007 in music). The song has been re-recorded and was added to the KIIS-FM Los Angeles playlist. Despite poor domestic sales, the single is doing reasonably well outside of the United States.

The song is included in the UK Standard Edition of Doll Domination as an original song, performed by Nicole Scherzinger and will.i.am, The version on the album is the official remix of the song by J. R. Rotem.

Music video

The music video made its premiere via MuchMusic's "MuchOnDemand" on September 24 2007.

The video starts Scherzinger watch a video with a notebook. Then we can see Scherzinger wake up on a boat with her love interest, in which they move around the boat taping each other. The sequence then moves to a beach where her love interest is once again video taping her with will.i.am making an appearance. Lastly, Scherzinger has a seminude appearance in the video.

The video was shot on Catalina Island, California, and was directed by Francis Lawrence.

A scene of the music video was used as a campaign of Samsung DV Cam.
