Vladimir Vysotsky (Admiral)

Vladimir Sergeyevich Vysotskiy _ru. Владимир Сергеевич Высоцкий (born August 18 1954 in Komarno, Lvov Oblast), Ukrainian SSR, is a Russian admiral and former Commander of the Russian Northern Fleet. On September 12 2007, Vysotskiy was appointed Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy, succeeding Vladimir Masorin who retired the same day.
