Brogitarix, King of Galatia

Brogitarix, King of Galatia

Brogitarix (also called Brogitarus in Latin), King of Galatia at Asia Minor between 63 BC and 50 BC was (seemingly) co-ruler with his father-in-law. He married a Princess of Galatia, daughter of Deiotaros I Philoromaios, Tetrarch of the Tolistobogii and King of Galatia and his wife Berenike (?). They were the parents of Amyntas, Tetrarch of the Trocmi, King of Galatia.
