These highways and byways that define the edges and that passes through the town makes it one of the most accessible places in the country and together with that also as one of the most congested places in the Klang Valley.USJ is accessible through the Federal Highway, the New Klang Valley Expressway (NKVE), North-South Expressway Central Link (ELITE), Shah Alam Expressway (KESAS), the Damansara-Puchong Expressway (LDP) and the New Pantai Expressway (NPE).

Subang Jaya, inclusive of the USJ area boast of three lane roads in a residential area, however due to the excessive dependency to private transportation, this residential area's road system are often over-capacitated during peak hours(includes lunch and dinner time during the weekends).
