Immanuel High School is a Christian high school located in Reedley, California. The school is a private Christian school that serves the entire Fresno County enrolling students as far as northern Fresno to southern Visalia.

Academics

Immanuel High School encourages a desire for learning and a love for wisdom, and challenges the student to the satisfactions that come from an earnest pursuit of such ideals. Report cards are issued every six weeks. The first and second reports are progress grades with the third report a semester grade (the grade entered on the transcript). Students who fail to earn a passing grade in one-half or more of their classes for a semester jeopardize their student status, and must show improvement the following semester or will automatically be withdrawn from school.

In order to be eligible to participate in league sports and extracurricular activities (i.e. Student Government or Football), a student cannot be failing in more than one class (out of a total of seven). The student needs to maintain a 2.0 GPA. The six week grading periods will be used to determine eligibility.

The class schedule is an traditional day on Monday, and an alternating block system Tuesday through Friday. Chapel is offered Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Athletics

The school's mascot is the Eagle. The IHS school colors are Blue & White. Immanuel High School participates in sports as a Div. IV school in the CIF Central Section and play in the Central Sequoia League (CSL) They have won many CIF Div. IV & V Valley Championships and even a few State Championships.
