Robert Carl Oldis (born January 5, 1928 in Preston, Iowa) is a scout for the Florida Marlins of American Major League Baseball and a former professional baseball player.

During his playing career, Oldis was a catcher over parts of six seasons (1953-1955, 1960-1963) with the Washington Senators, Pittsburgh Pirates and Philadelphia Phillies. He was a member of the 1960 World Series champion Pirates. For his career he hit .237 with 1 home run and 22 runs batted in in 135 games played.

Following his playing career, he was a coach for the Phillies, Minnesota Twins and Montreal Expos, and scouted for the Phils and Expos. He has been associated with the Marlins since 2002.
