British Association for Emergency Medicine

The British Association for Emergency Medicine (BAEM) is the representative body for emergency physicians in the United Kingdom. It was originally known as the Casualty Surgeons Association and later the British Association for Accident and Emergency Medicine.

The organisation has merged with the Faculty of Emergency Medicine of the Royal College of Surgeons and is now known as the College of Emergency Medicine.
