Alexander James Blake (born January 25, 1989 in Farnborough) is an English cricketer. He currently plays for Kent. He is a left-handed batsman and a right-arm medium-fast bowler [cite web|url=http://content-uk.cricinfo.com/countycricket2007/content/current/player/243944.html|title=Cricinfo - Players and Officials - Alex Blake|accessdate=2007-09-06] .

A student of the Kent Academycite web|url=http://www.kentcricketacademy.co.uk/scholars.php|title=Kent Cricket Academy Scholars|accessdate=2007-09-06] , Blake was called up to make his one-day debut against Surrey in September 2007. Batting at number 9, he made 11 not out out of a total of 159 [cite web
