Club career
On 11 January 2010, Drinčić joined FC Spartak Moscow from FC Amkar Perm on a free transfer.
International career
He was in the runner-up squad of Serbia U21 team at 2007 UEFA European Under-21 Championship. He played 4 out of 5 games.
He received a call-up from Montenegro and made his debut against Sweden in September 2007.
