Elizabeth of Saxony ( _de. Maria Elisabeth Maximiliana Ludovika Amalie Franziska Sophia Leopoldine Anna Baptista Xaveria Nepomucena von Sachsen; Dresden, February 4 1830 - Stresa 1912) was a Princess of Saxony who married the second son of the King of Sardinia.

She was born in Dresden, capital of Saxony, as daughter of King John of Saxony and his wife Amalie Auguste of Bavaria. Her paternal grandparents were Prince Maximilian of Saxony and Caroline of Bourbon-Parma. Her maternal grandparents were King Maximilian I of Bavaria and Karoline of Baden.

On April 22 1850 she married in the Dresden Cathedral with Prince Ferdinand, 1st Duke of Genoa, second son of King Charles Albert of Sardinia and Maria Theresa of Austria and Tuscany.
The couple had two children:

* Margherita of Savoy (1851 - 1926), married King Umberto I of Italy.
* Thomas, 2nd Duke of Genoa (1854 - 1931), married Princess Maria Isabella of Bavaria.

On February 10, 1855 her husband died in Turin, leaving Elizabeth a widow at the age of 25.
She remarried on October 4, 1856 with Niccolo Marchese Rapallo. They had no children.
