The Derrinstown Stud 1,000 Guineas Trial is a Group 3 flat horse race in Ireland open to three-year-old thoroughbred fillies. It is run at Leopardstown over a distance of 1 mile (1,609 metres), and it is scheduled to take place each year in May.

The event was formerly known as the Wassl Race, and for a period it was classed at Listed level. It was given its present title in 1990, and from this point it was sponsored by Derrinstown Stud. It was promoted to Group 3 status in 2002.

The Derrinstown Stud 1,000 Guineas Trial serves as a trial for the Irish 1,000 Guineas. The last horse to achieve victory in both races was Bethrah in 2010.
