Hugh Foliot was a medieval Bishop of Hereford.

Life

He possibly was the son of Roger Foliot who held three knights fees in Northamptonshire. He was elected to the see of Hereford in June 1219 and consecrated on October 27 1219Fryde "Handbook of British Chronology" p. 250] along with William de Goldcliff Bishop of Llandaff at Canterbury.

He died August 7 1234.
